Construction Delivery
Disciplined delivery, clear coordination and careful execution—whether the design is ours or supplied by others.

New Ground plans and manages office fit-out work from early coordination through site delivery, quality review and close-out. Scope, programme, responsibilities and design information are made clear before work starts.
On build-only projects, we respect external design authorship while taking responsibility for construction execution and coordination. If the brief is still developing, our office interior design and workplace strategy services can connect the earlier decisions to delivery.

Common questions
Yes. The project scope and authorship are stated clearly while New Ground manages construction planning, coordination and execution.
Design readiness, authority or building approvals, long-lead items, landlord requirements, site access and the amount of services work all influence timing.
Check that scope, exclusions, provisional sums, programme assumptions, specifications and handover responsibilities are comparable—not only the total price.
